Las Vegas Criminal Defense Attorney

Throughout my life, I have been passionate about helping those who could not help themselves. I became a lawyer because it gave me a way to impact people’s lives in a positive manner. From the time I decided to pursue a career in law, it was always my goal to become a criminal defense attorney and to fight to protect the rights of the accused. Over the years, I have also developed a niche personal injury practice representing victims of negligence. After earning my law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, I worked as a law clerk for both the Los Angeles County and Alameda County District Attorney’s Offices, two of the largest counties in California. When I moved to Nevada, I worked as a prosecutor for the City of Las Vegas for nearly four years. I tried more than 150 cases during my tenure, gaining invaluable courtroom experience. In addition to my law practice, I am actively involved in a number of important community initiatives. I have been a featured speaker at the Las Vegas Municipal Court’s Annual Domestic Violence Conference, titled Tears of Fear: A Child’s Perspective on Domestic Violence. I have also done presentations for a group called Every 15 Minutes that educates young people about the dangers of underage drinking and driving. In addition, I have served as an advisory attorney for the Las Vegas Trial By Peers (TBP) program.
