3 MEN IN NEVADA FACE TRIAL DATE IN MURDER CHARGE

The three men accused of murdering a gas station employee are facing their trial date, according to local crime news. The alleged murder took place on Jan. 25, 2015, at a Nevada gas station, and now the three men believed to be responsible for the crime will get their day in court. The trial is slated to begin in late July.

According to the prosecution, the three men were attempting to rob the gas station when the fatal event apparently occurred. It is not clear which of the three men on trial is the one accused of pulling the trigger, but the situation is such that all three men are sharing in the murder charge. They also face charges for aggravated robbery in connection with the alleged attempt to rob the store.

Two of the three men could face anywhere between 10 years to life behind bars, if convicted. The third man, who has an existing criminal record deemed violent by the state, could face 40-80 years, life or even the death sentence under Nevada law. In a capital murder case, life without parole and the death penalty are both viable sentences. The trio will be back in court in June for an omnibus hearing ahead of the July trial.

The three men charged with murder in this case face dire consequences if found guilty. The degree of severity of the sentencing behooves Nevada prosecutors to provide compelling evidence of their guilt in this alleged attack. Defense attorneys might benefit from a careful overview of the evidence provided by prosecutors ahead of the trial date, in order to determine whether any evidence is inadmissible in a criminal court setting.

Skillful Defense Against Any Type Of PCS Or Marijuana Possession Charge

My only concern is securing the best available result for each client I serve. I am diligent If you are found in possession of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, a medication for which you have no doctor's prescription, club drugs or drug paraphernalia, I will present the strongest possible case to show that the drugs were not yours or that the police had no grounds to perform the search that led to the discovery of the drugs.

If the prosecution has compelling evidence in your case, I will pursue every available option in an effort to avoid a conviction on your record. Depending on the circumstances surrounding your case, it may be possible negotiate 3363 treatment that would allow for your case to be dismissed after you complete court-ordered classes or drug treatment.
